Really loved our meal here! Everything tasted fresh and vibrant, you can tell the kitchen really cares about what they're making. The service was super quick and kind, and they were so accommodating with our toddler, which we really appreciated.

Shimizu is our go-to for sushi when we go out to eat. The portions are great and the quality is perfect! Some of the thickest cut, super fresh sashimi anywhere and the Chirashi bowl gives you so much! I often get bento boxes because they are an insane value. I love that the tempura is never soggy, and they give you basically a whole order in the bento. Last time we came my mom got the eel roll and it came with a whole eel, so long it even went off the end of the sushi roll! Hamachi kama is also really tasty. They of course have a great selection of sake as well and we've tried a few that I really liked. Sometimes there's a small wait, but it's worth it! The food comes out quickly and the service is super nice. They also have a loyalty card that can get you a discount on your meal eventually. Love this place and will definitely continue coming here!

We absolutely love coming here. You would think with a small restaurant that kids would be hard to bring, but they are so accommodating with plastic cups, extra tofu in the miso, and fast service for kids! The food is delicious for all and wildly affordable for how yummy it is and the amount you get. We enjoy this place so much we came for our son’s second birthday tonight! ❤️❤️❤️

Good authentic Japanese cuisine! Had the tempura udon, beef teriyaki set and double salmon roll. Salmon tasted especially delicious. Service was great, they accommodated for a party of 8 without reservation with about a 15 minute wait (friday dinner, 6pm). There is a physical waiting list upon arrival, staff was efficient and kind despite the large group inconvenience. Would 10/10 go again, great value and great service.

Our favorite sushi spot! Always delicious sushi options, excellent staff and service! We really appreciate that they have tamari as a gluten-free option for soy sauce. If you haven’t stopped by here - think of this place the next time you want sushi!
